Refunds & Returns Policy

At Merela, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our goal is to make the returns process as simple and transparent as possible.

1. 30-Day Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at merelahelp@gmail.com We may request photos to help resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items Due to the hygiene nature of lip care products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used. However, if you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our team. We're committed to finding a solution — such as store credit or a partial refund — without the hassle of a physical return.

4. Cancellations Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order enters fulfillment and cannot be stopped. You may still initiate a return once the package arrives.

5. Refunds & Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
